Why this role matters As a Manufacturing Operations Technician, you’re a linchpin on the production floor—keeping processes stable, quality high, and throughput on target. Execute and reinforce standard work by adhering to documented instructions. Set up and calibrate equipment; communicate service needs to your Supervisor without delay. Detect, document, and escalate recurring quality, process, or workflow bottlenecks. Onboard and mentor new Associates; support cross-training to build a multi-skilled team. Maintain strong communication with your Supervisor; contribute ideas in meetings and focus groups to enhance facility performance. Demonstrate professionalism and respect; surface concerns appropriately. Back management decisions and assist Team Leaders/Supervisors in implementation. Sustain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace; immediately report potential safety/health issues. Promote a safety-first culture and provide real-time feedback. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Background in a high-velocity production or operations environment.
  • Able to communicate clearly and succinctly.
  • Organized, priority-driven, and dependable in meeting strict deadlines.
  • Consistent, on-time attendance including scheduled breaks and lunch.
