Your Role: Production Operator The Production Operator is responsible for preparing, executing, and cleaning/turnover of production processes in poultry vaccine production. All tasks are performed in accordance with internal and external guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with moderate to limited degree of supervision.
  • Ability to perform duties according to established SOP's, production records and company safety procedures.

  • Ability to concurrently completes documentation and follows established protocols

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive egg handling, including receipt, traying, disinfection, transfer, candling, incubation, inoculation, harvest, and inactivation processes.
  • Execute various product manufacturing operations such as centrifugation, concentration, product emulsification, liquid filling, and lyophilization.
  • Conduct thorough process and equipment preparation, including cleaning, disinfection, washing, wrapping, and sterilizing of glassware and equipment.
  • Manage facility hygiene and sterilization by loading/unloading autoclaves and disinfecting room surfaces and equipment.
  • Ensure appropriate material availability (chemicals, consumables) and utilize electronic systems (e.g., SAP) for material staging.
