Your Role: Production Operator The Production Operator is responsible for preparing, executing, and cleaning/turnover of production processes in poultry vaccine production. All tasks are performed in accordance with internal and external guidelines.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with moderate to limited degree of supervision.
Ability to perform duties according to established SOP's, production records and company safety procedures.

Ability to concurrently completes documentation and follows established protocols

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive egg handling, including receipt, traying, disinfection, transfer, candling, incubation, inoculation, harvest, and inactivation processes.
Execute various product manufacturing operations such as centrifugation, concentration, product emulsification, liquid filling, and lyophilization.
Conduct thorough process and equipment preparation, including cleaning, disinfection, washing, wrapping, and sterilizing of glassware and equipment.
Manage facility hygiene and sterilization by loading/unloading autoclaves and disinfecting room surfaces and equipment.
Ensure appropriate material availability (chemicals, consumables) and utilize electronic systems (e.g., SAP) for material staging.
