Manufacturing Operator I - Refurbishing Tech, Days (Mon-Fri/6 am to 2:30 pm)
About The Position
The Role: Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Refurb Coordinator to join our team. This will be on 1st Shift and will be working with other team players in our ESC operations group. This role will involve supporting our refurb business and internal rework processes. This role will also be required to cross-train and support other work areas to support business needs. The role will require working with chemicals. What You’ll Do: Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor. Maintain a clean work environment following all Entegris 6S activities. Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities. Perform confirmations and create service orders using SAP. Enter inspection and other production data in Camline. Actively participate in shift pass downs for communication regarding safety, quality and production priorities Follow work instructions and fill out work orders and other documentation as required. Perform Open Order Report updates daily and coordinate with planning to ensure on time customer deliveries. Operate vacuum and other processing equipment Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing equipment Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools according to quality procedures Perform periodic tool refresh and basic equipment maintenance tasks per run schedules. Clean fixtures, parts and ceramics as needed Communicate with our Planning and Customer service team regularly. Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1yr manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)
- Able to work 1st Shift and Overtime including weekends when needed.
- Able to work around chemicals (including but not limited to IPA, Acetone, KOH and Dynasolve)
- Fluency in English is required for training purposes
- Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift
- Ability to work inside a clean room
- Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)
- Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments

- Machine operation experience
- Able to train on 1st shift for three months
