Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read, write and understand English.
Comfort with basic math and use of a calculator for more complex functions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Sound decision‑making skills that support safe and efficient operations.
Ability to follow clear instructions and meet physical and PPE requirements for industrial work.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing or food‑processing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Support daily manufacturing tasks, including raw material handling, production, milling and packaging.
Operate automated equipment and CIP processes in line with all EHS, Quality and GMP requirements.
Complete required production, sanitation and inspection records accurately and on time.
Communicate operational needs clearly within the shift team and with site leadership.
Assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.
Identify and report safety or quality concerns and help drive improvements.
Participate in EHS, quality and operational training to support your growth and compliance.
