Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.
  • Comfort with basic math and use of a calculator for more complex functions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Sound decision‑making skills that support safe and efficient operations.
  • Ability to follow clear instructions and meet physical and PPE requirements for industrial work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or food‑processing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily manufacturing tasks, including raw material handling, production, milling and packaging.
  • Operate automated equipment and CIP processes in line with all EHS, Quality and GMP requirements.
  • Complete required production, sanitation and inspection records accurately and on time.
  • Communicate operational needs clearly within the shift team and with site leadership.
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Identify and report safety or quality concerns and help drive improvements.
  • Participate in EHS, quality and operational training to support your growth and compliance.
