Site Overview: Our Millersburg, PA site is a 24/7 Manufacturing facility that offers flexible containment solutions for bioprocessing including 2D and 3D bioprocess containers (BPCs) and fluid transfer assemblies (FTAs). Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical certification is a plus
  • Operator I (experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.)
  • Operator II (1 year of manufacturing experience required)
  • Cleanroom environment: must be able to wear full gowning attire which includes gloves, hair & beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. These items are prohibited in the cleanroom: makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne / perfume, scented lotions and hair care products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if required

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certification or associate degree in a related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and high-quality output
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities
  • Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards
