About The Position
onsemi, based in Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, New York, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated electrical Test Probe Engineer, responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting wafer-level electrical test and probe operations to ensure high-quality data collection for yield analysis, product characterization, and production test.
