We are searching for a Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our team. In this cross-functional role, you will support and lead manufacturing projects, process improvement, and operational initiatives across business segments. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while building strong project management and manufacturing expertise.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Working project management and/or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or capital projects in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Working experience with project management tools and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects from concept through implementation and validation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across both business segments to align priorities, timelines, and resources.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage capital equipment installations, facility upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
  • Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and yield.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support vendor selection, contractor coordination, and equipment commissioning.
  • Develop standard work, documentation, and training materials for implemented projects.
