Summary: We are seeking a driven and organized Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution within our production environment. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality, and maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Requirements

2 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain planning, and quality systems.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
At least three years of related experience is required.

Nice To Haves

PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate submittals, lead times, deliveries, and installation with general contractors and customers based on site readiness.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to required specifications.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task lists, and resource plans.
Outline project tasks and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members.
Conduct cost analysis and develop accurate project cost estimates.
Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
Oversee project communication, addressing questions, concerns, and customer feedback throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company, customers, general contractors, and vendors.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, procurement, and marketing to support project execution and product rollout.
Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and contractual regulations, standards, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing processes and workflows.
Monitor expenses and maintain adherence to budget targets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
