As our next reliability-focused technician, you’ll blend controls expertise, mechanical know‑how, and a passion for proactive maintenance to keep production moving. Imagine your first 90 days Learn the lines: Shadow seasoned techs to understand our automated processes and CMMS workflows. Stabilize and optimize: Own a set of assets; reduce recurring faults through PLC/HMI adjustments and minor upgrades. Predict and prevent: Implement PM and PdM tasks that stop breakdowns before they start. Role scope Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Program, refine, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs (ladder logic, controls) Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance with meticulous CMMS documentation Execute welding, fabrication, and targeted equipment upgrades Champion safety and reliability practices across shifts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience; manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, ladder logic, and control systems
  • Mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree/trade school plus LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR/First Aid, or OSHA 10/30.
