About The Position

You will serve as the Weekend Schedule Supervisor (Friday‑Sunday) for Ocala Operations, leading a team to deliver the required quality, cost, and schedule performance in support of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control missions while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Prior supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to assign work to unionized hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes, cost, quality and schedule.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues, working simultaneously with supporting functional areas; Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
  • Must be able to work first and second shift and support overtime, as needed.
  • This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
