Position Summary:
The Marina Attendant plays a key role in the daily operations of our marina, including the sales docks, gas dock, and Pro Shop. This position is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety, accuracy, and consistency in all marina operations.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Comfortable working around boats and water (boating experience a plus)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Ability to lift moderate weight and be on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 19 year old

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with docking, fueling, and general marina services
• Operate and maintain the gas dock in a safe and efficient manner
• Support daily operations of the Pro Shop, including sales and guest assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of docks, marina areas, and retail space
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and operational standards
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service at all times
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and general upkeep of marina property
