About The Position
Freedom Boat Club is hiring Marina Operations Managers to run daily dock operations across multiple high-demand locations. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll manage staff, oversee fleet readiness, and deliver a premium experience to members. Our managers play a critical role in delivering safe, seamless, and memorable experiences on the water. We are actively hiring managers across Cape Cod and the South Shore. Freedom Boat Club of Greater Boston & Cape Cod Freedom Boat Club of Ocean and Monmouth Counties, New Jersey We are a Freedom Boat Club franchise owned and operated by the Carrick Group LLC/M&M Jersey Marine LLC. We operate 20 Massachusetts club locations and nine New Jersey (north Jersey shore) club locations with our operations center located in Plymouth, MA. Freedom Boat Club is the world's oldest and largest membership boat club with over 30 years of experience offering members access to over 400 locations in the U.S., Canada and Europe. We take care of the maintenance, cleaning, repair, insurance and storage. The fleet includes bowriders, pontoons, and center console fishing boats. We work in this field because it’s fun! Solitude. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

- Boating experience is a plus — not required
Responsibilities
- Run Daily Operations
- Open/close dock and manage reservations
- Ensure boats are clean, fueled, and ready
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Supervise and schedule dock staff & captains
- Train seasonal employees
- Maintain accountability and coverage
- Deliver a professional, welcoming dock environment
- Assist with departures and returns
- Build strong member relationships
- Enforce safety protocols
- Monitor weather conditions
- Support seasonal marina operations
