About The Position

This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredient and supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Understand and set-up meat according to a formulation sheet. Complete data entry paperwork. Give breaks to the marinator. Assist marinator in all duties. Help set-up line at the start of the shift. Assist with clean-up and sanitation of the line following USDA/TYSON guidelines. All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
