Daily work includes thorough washing polishing waxing and deep cleaning to achieve showroom quality finishes under demanding timelines. Tools equipment and supplies are provided so you can concentrate on precision craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in boat or yacht detailing with a focus on luxury marine finishes.
• Demonstrated passion for high end craftsmanship and attention to detail in marine environments.
• Live within a reasonable 1-hour commute of Stuart FL.
• Clean criminal background check and negative drug screen results required.
• Own reliable transportation to reach the yard or job sites daily.
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Wash polish and wax hulls topsides and brightwork using industry leading products for mirror like results.
• Execute detailed interior cleaning including cabins heads galleys upholstery and woodwork plus exterior tasks such as water gutters compartments and hard to reach areas.
• Adhere to tight project schedules while maintaining strict safety protocols and uncompromising quality standards.
• Inspect work thoroughly to ensure every vessel leaves in pristine condition ready for owners or show.
