Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITCâs service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities. Joint interoperability (IOP) certification task order to provide Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) with critical IOP test and evaluation (T&E) services in accordance with DODI 8330.01 and JITC guidance and procedures. The Joint IOP certification efforts include the IOP T&E certification for each of the following systems: America Class Amphibious Assault Ship, Amphibious Transport Dock, Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer, Army Watercraft Systems, Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services, Fleet Replenishment Oiler, Gerald R. Ford-Class Carrier, Landing Craft Utility, Littoral Combat Ship, Navajo Class Towing Salvage and Rescue Ship, SSBN Common Submarine, Ship to Shore Connector, USS Constellation, and Zumwalt Class Destroyer. Performs task management and administration actions over the entire task order to provide oversight, management, supervision, and control of the overall contract team.
