Manages daily branch operations, branch staffing and performance management, compliance, audit readiness and customer service standards. Assists with achieving branch growth and profitability goals. Monitors activity, including transaction rate and other established metrics. Prepare reports and presentations, as necessary. Exercises leadership, sound judgement, innovation, and creativity in the management of customer relationships to mitigate risk. Manages and coaches the delivery of a differentiated customer experience. Coaches team to confidently engage with customers in technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice-oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being. Identifies underserved pockets within the market and positions the branch as a community hub. Provides a friendly, yet professional level of customer service to both external and internal customers. Leads all aspects of branch performance including revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction. Achieves sales and customer loyalty targets. Deliver knowledgeable advice and client solutions for existing and prospective customer relationships. Drives business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities. Maintains a portfolio of consumer and small business relationships for both credit and deposits. Works with credit administration on renewals, screening and approvals and works with Sr. Commercial Banker regarding any larger credit opportunities. Builds and maintains a strong community presence. Has foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement. Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
