Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Market Leader to oversee multiple store locations within the Boston market. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing strong General Managers, and ensuring operational excellence across the market. Requirements

  • Proven multi-unit retail leadership experience (furniture or home goods preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and market-level KPIs
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to travel regularly within the Boston market
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple store locations within the Boston market
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, brand standards, and operational processes
  • Analyze market performance, KPIs, and financial results to make data-driven decisions
  • Partner with support teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all locations
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and internal promotions
  • Maintain a fun, healthy, and motivating leadership culture
