Requirements

  • Experience that matters: 5+ years of proven direct sales success in healthcare, engaging with hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle.
  • Revenue cycle expertise: Deep understanding of reimbursement, denials, and complex claim categories (Workers’ Comp, VA, Medicaid, etc.).
  • A tech-forward mindset: Comfort using virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM to drive precision and accountability in the sales process.
  • Executive presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire C-level leaders.
  • Trailblazer mentality: A self-starter with high energy, a disciplined approach to sales, and a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed to win and grow key accounts.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of worker’s compensation, veteran administration, third party liability, out of state Medicaid, DRG validation and denials processes
  • Understanding of billing of inpatient hospital services.
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Proven history of sales success achieving quota.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Self-starter with high energy and diligent to sales process.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives and hospital senior management teams.
  • Strong networking, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of healthcare sales in similar business or environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive market growth: Build and expand pipeline opportunities, accelerating activity and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas within your first 12 months.
  • Lead with influence: Orchestrate high-stakes strategic calls, client engagements, and industry events, positioning EnableComp as the clear thought leader.
  • Design strategies that win: Collaborate with marketing, client success, and product teams to craft sales strategies, compelling materials, and client endorsements.
  • Be the connector: Cultivate new relationships, qualify prospects, and build trust with hospital CFOs, VPs, and senior executives.
  • Bridge strategy to execution: Partner with Client Success and Implementation to ensure flawless onboarding and delivery for every new client.
  • Elevate industry presence: Represent EnableComp at conferences and trade shows, showcasing innovation and thought leadership.
  • Champion client success: Engage in quarterly business reviews to drive expansion opportunities and long-term growth.
  • Other duties as required.
