Description: Seeking an assistant to support a marketing department. Experience with marketing is not required, as this position is primarily an administrative role. Responsibilities will include: answering phone calls, preparing proposals and marketing reports, organizing marketing materials, data entry, and database maintenance. Will also be coordinating conferences and special events. Must have strong problem solving, project management, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Attire: Business casual
Duration: Contract-to-Hire, could potentially be Direct Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri
