About the Role Assist in executing company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements. Collect, review, and input daily and weekly lead data into CRM or tracking systems. Compile performance dashboards, tracking KPIs such as demos, cancellations, and close rates. Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, expos, and retail promotions. Collaborate with vendors or partners to confirm event details and logistics. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel, process invoices, and maintain marketing databases/CRM. Track campaign performance, monitor industry trends, research competitors, and prepare reports. Help create and update marketing collateral (flyers, presentations, ads) and ensure brand guidelines are followed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or sales support experience (preferred in field or retail marketing).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the F2F Director and the teams.
