About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Marketing Agent to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, campaign management, and client communication. You’ll be responsible for helping execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, attract new audiences, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content, promotional materials, and customer-focused messaging
• Track performance metrics and create reports on campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as needed
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
• Support the execution of branding and promotional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with market research, campaign planning, and reporting tools is a plus
