About The Position

Our Marketing AI Automation Engineer will Make Marketing faster, smarter and more automated - at enterprise scale. We have strong systems(Salesforce, SFMC, Segment, analytics, moving to Snowflake). The bottleneck is execution velocity: Creative testing, reporting and lifecycle personalization are still too manual and too slow. This role is a one-person automation engine for the marketing org. You'll build the workflows, Ships V1's quickly, and turn them into repeatable systems the team can run. What you can expect during the first 90 days! 1. Creative testing Engine - Stand up an experimentation system with scoring, and always-on test calendar, and a learnings repository across email, web & paid. 2. Automated Business Pulse - Automate weekly exec dashboards + teams updates pulling from CDP/warehouse/analytics. Including “what changed and why” summaries. 3. Lifecycle Personalization Upgrades - Add personalization to lifecycle emails using account-level CRM + Third party Data and our existing recommendation engine to lift CTR and conversion. 4. SEO Insights via AI - Leverage Cutting Edge models to analyze and improve our SEO strategy.
