As a Summer Intern, you will participate in onboarding with the UR team that will set you up for success in your role. You will also benefit from professional development sessions, networking, and social events provided by the Internship Program. The program takes place from June – August 2026 (10-week program). Join Veeam’s Corporate Marketing organization as a Marketing AI Transformation (MAIT) Intern, helping our global marketing team adopt AI in a strategic, responsible, and high-impact way. On this team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and operations — turning AI learnings into reusable resources, supporting AI workflow and agent prototyping, and helping track adoption and impact. This is a rare internship where you won’t just “use AI” — you’ll help build the systems and playbooks that scale AI across an enterprise marketing organization, accelerating the path from idea → prototype → pilot. Requirements

Rising Junior/Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a graduate student, at an accredited university.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (must-have): you’ve used tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar for school, work, or personal projects.
Curiosity about how AI is changing marketing — and the judgment to use it thoughtfully and responsibly.
Learning agility: comfortable exploring new tools, working through ambiguity, and making progress without step-by-step instructions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you keep docs, tasks, and follow-ups clean)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables, simple charts).
Able to evaluate AI outputs, spot issues, and iterate quickly toward better results.
Collaborative and comfortable working with stakeholders across marketing functions and time zones.

Nice To Haves

Built simple automations in Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
Experience chaining prompts/steps (multi‑stage workflows) to complete more complex tasks.
Exposure to APIs or technical tooling (coursework or conceptual understanding is fine).

Responsibilities

Prototype AI workflows & agents: help design, test, and document lightweight workflows using tools like M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, Power Automate, and other LLM-based tools.
Turn enablement into durable assets: convert live sessions and pilot learnings into checklists, templates, quick-start guides, and role-based playbook content marketers can reuse.
Build the MAIT knowledge foundation: help organize and maintain our agent/workflow library and supporting documentation in SharePoint and com for easy discovery and reuse.
Support the idea → prototype → pilot pipeline: assist with intake hygiene, status updates, and lightweight project tracking so work stays unblocked and visible.
Measure what matters: help track adoption signals and basic impact metrics using Excel and dashboards (e.g., usage, enablement engagement, pilot progress).
Capture requirements clearly: partner with marketers across functions to ask smart questions, document needs, and translate them into structured next steps.
Improve quality + brand safety: evaluate AI outputs for gaps or inconsistencies and help iterate toward higher-quality, on-brand results.
Ship portfolio-worthy work: contribute assets that can be shared internally as repeatable frameworks and examples of scaled marketing AI enablement.
