The Marketing Analyst, Customer Analytics will be responsible for harnessing data from across the organization to create automated, insightful reports and analyses that reveal key trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic decision-making. You'll evaluate processes, use advanced statistical methods, and develop models to unlock business opportunities, improve customer experience, and boost sales and retention. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll shape data transformation initiatives, streamline reporting processes, and deliver impactful presentations to leadership and the board. Your contributions will directly support critical important metrics and help shape the future of the organization through data-driven innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer analytics.
  • 3–5 years of experience using data to generate insights that support marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization or dashboarding.
  • Experience using SQL, Python, or a similar tool to query, analyze data and present results.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Excel. Formulas, VLOOKUP, and formatting.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Access and leverage data from across various areas of the organization to develop automated, easy to understand reports and ad hoc analyses that effectively answer questions, identify patterns and highlight operational metrics across the organization.
  • Assist with analyzing data to evaluate process effectiveness and performance across multiple dimensions.
  • Help to develop and implement processes that maximize statistical methods, scenario planning, and model development to optimize business outcomes.
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities to increase sales, improve retention and improve the customer experience. Work with cross-functional team members to analyze potential financial and business impact.
  • Build presentations for leadership and board level meetings.
  • Actively participate in data transformation projects. Development of critical data flows from various sources to reports with a focus on automation and standardization.
  • Support the development, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data processes in support of organizational KPI’s/metrics/etc.
