Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve business intelligence reports and analytical support to monitor trends and data patterns that inform business planning.
  • Collect and analyze data, create metrics and dashboards, and make recommendations to drive successful marketing outcomes.
  • Assist with improving and/or developing new product features and functionality.
  • Work collaboratively to identify problems or opportunities to pursue, create value added programs and systems, and monitor those changes successfully.
  • Identify key metrics and deliver actionable data analysis to understand and maintain focus on specific data needs.
  • Continuously track and monitor strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends and predict responses.
  • Develop and support data analysis frameworks for reporting of digital strategies and products.
  • Work with multiple areas of the business to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and manage dashboards utilized to analyze data to measure and understand Compeer's digital products and strategies.
  • Perform ongoing assessment of analytics tools and dashboards to assess usability, efficiency, and adoption based on user.
  • Promote data integrity and enhancements of internal process flows.
  • Track and monitor relevant product metrics and KPIs.
  • Create reports utilizing Power BI, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SQL to drive insight for leadership.
  • Utilize reports to understand user behavior, effectiveness of digital tools and strategies, and opportunities for adoption.
  • Generate reports for digital platforms for the team to identify, address, and react to trends to help prioritize enhancements.
  • Identify key areas for improvement and support the implementation of strategies to optimize performance.
  • Liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders across teams to align efforts and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Stay current on the latest trends, innovations, and educational resources in marketing analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, business administration, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in finance, analytics, marketing ops or other related fields.
  • Solid experience using Power BI software, Google Analytics, and knowledge of SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex models.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge working with data mining, evaluation, analysis, and dealing with imperfections in data.
  • Technical background and understanding of marketing reporting, platform analytics, data management, business intelligence solutions.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with key business partners.
