About the position

Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide. This position will help to analyze data from various sources to gain insights into businesses and develop actions based on findings. This person will help to develop reports and requests from key internal stakeholders to connect marketing activities and spend to maximize campaign exposure and spend. This position will gain insights into key business tools such as Domo, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, social media platforms and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports to help connect marketing campaigns and activities to desired goals and outcomes
  • Responsible for offering insights to business stakeholders on performance of existing campaigns and suggestions for opportunities
  • Review data sources for integrity and clean-up
  • Provide ongoing analysis to identify areas for optimization
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends
  • Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments

Requirements

  • Understanding and experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback from others to translate into actions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
  • Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information
  • Organization and time management skills
