Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources, building trust and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance our nursing center's visibility and census goals.
  • Own the entire non-clinical admission process, from initial inquiry and engaging tours to clear explanations of admission criteria and financial responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition for our new patients.
  • Proactively address patient questions and concerns, consulting with internal and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team, participating in daily meetings and supporting the financial aspects of our nursing center's operations.
  • Directly impact patient satisfaction, contribute to the financial health of the nursing center, and play a vital role in helping individuals receive the care they need.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience, 3 - 5 years in healthcare industry
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business requirements
  • Ability to work independently
