Overview The Marketing and Event Specialist supports the planning and execution of company events and marketing initiatives under the direction of the Event Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating trade show participation, including booth logistics, sponsorships, registrations, shipping, and on-site event services, while also supporting pre- and post-event marketing efforts to maximize engagement and brand visibility. The specialist will manage exhibit warehouse materials and supplies, oversee promotional item purchasing, and ensure all event-related assets are organized and ready to support successful event execution. Conditions of Employment: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. (Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.)
