About The Position

The Marketing & Growth Manager is responsible for generating profitable demand, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable revenue growth across all service lines and markets. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic direction with active execution. The right candidate must be equally comfortable analyzing performance metrics, building campaigns, identifying unconventional growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with operations and leadership. This role directly impacts revenue, capacity stability, and long-term brand equity. This is not a corporate marketing role. This is a growth-driving, business-impact role.

Requirements

  • Marketing leadership experience in the home services/trades industry
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
  • Hands-on ServiceTitan experience
  • Deep understanding of demand cycles, seasonality, and trade mix economics
  • Experience managing performance-driven marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical and financial mindset
  • Ability to operate as both strategist and executor

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build upon annual and quarterly marketing plans
  • Own demand generation strategy by trade and market
  • Forecast lead flow and revenue contribution
  • Align marketing efforts with operational capacity and seasonality
  • Identify growth opportunities by trade, zip code, and customer segment
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget based on ROI performance and plan
  • Oversee paid media strategy (LSA, PPC, Meta, OTT, radio, direct mail, etc.)
  • Optimize campaign performance using ServiceTitan data
  • Improve cost efficiency and acquisition metrics
  • Drive demand toward high-value job types and ideal customers
  • Develop seasonal and targeted campaigns
  • Develop demand strategy for new Drain Division
  • Support market-entry growth initiatives into new areas
  • Define success metrics and ramp expectations
  • Monitor early-stage performance and adjust investments accordingly
  • Protect core business stability during expansion
  • Develop creative, unconventional, high-impact/ disruptive local marketing initiatives
  • Identify low-cost, high-visibility growth opportunities
  • Drive community-based brand presence
  • Leverage partnerships, events, and referral networks
  • Think beyond traditional digital advertising
  • Protect and evolve Streamline’s brand voice
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Own website performance, messaging, and conversion optimization
  • Strengthen online reputation and review acquisition strategy
  • Track, analyze, and report on: • Cost Per Lead (CPL) • Cost Per Booked Call • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) • Revenue & Gross Profit by Channel • Average Ticket by Channel • Conversion Funnel Performance
  • Collaborate closely with operations and care center
  • Align marketing strategy with staffing and capacity constraints
  • Translate marketing data into business decisions
  • Build strong internal relationships
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and creative partners
