From amplifying resort offerings to coordinating campaigns and reporting results, you'll help ensure the smooth rollout of marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting new resort launches and enhancing exposure for existing destinations and packages
• Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to gather insights and contribute to campaign development
• Assisting in the delivery of marketing strategies, including ad campaigns, events, sponsorships, and promotions
• Coordinating with creative teams for content development and asset delivery
• Preparing presentations, marketing decks, and case studies
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Providing general support to the Marketing & Tourism Partnerships Manager and Campaign Specialist

Requirements

• A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience-ideally with a passion for travel
• Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow through hands-on experience and mentorship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and openness to learning new tools
