Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Miami. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and client engagement.   • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials and presentations
  • Support campaign planning and execution across email, print, and event channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Coordinate promotional activities and internal communication efforts
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and project files
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design or CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Competitive salary: $52,000 – $56,000 annually
