About the position

This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. In partnership with marketing leadership and other stakeholders, the Marketing Assistant synchronizes the production of digital and print marketing materials, call tracking, traffic reports, and sales event schedules for all communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support with marketing departmental projects.
  • Coordinates the production and delivery of community marketing materials, promotional items, signage, and home office projects.
  • Acts as liaison with communities, internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendors to maintain appropriate inventory levels of collateral and promotional materials and supplies.
  • Produces routine traffic reports to evaluate and analyze productivity, lead sourcing, conversion rates, and applicable data for all communities to determine effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
  • Assists communities with property-based direct mailing efforts including list generation through Yardi or other data sources, coordination with local printers, mailing houses, and follows up to ensure objectives are met.
  • Maintains tracking system for ongoing non-collateral projects.
  • Uses Wrike to manage community events, ads, direct mail, email marketing, etc.
  • Mediates and reconciles projects with freelance graphic designers and production artists upon request.
  • Coordinates with accounting and processes invoices for payment as directed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business needs continue to evolve.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent and regular attendance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses knowledge of pre-flighting artwork for print projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Wrike, G Suite, and CRM.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and call tracking software a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic video editing, digital design and social media skills are preferred.

  • The anticipated wage range is $26.64 - $35.95 hour.
