Requirements

  • College graduate or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communicator over the phone, in writing, and in person.
  • Strong time management abilities and a customer service mindset.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working with technology platforms—especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Redtail, SalesForce and HubSpot.
  • Collaborative team player and independent self-starter.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to accept and apply direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting marketing events or campaign logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospects and clients through regular phone interactions and consistent follow-up after events and seminars.
  • Attend seminars and client events, check in attendees, and ensure seamless event experiences.
  • Serve as a reliable, positive point of contact for those entering our marketing funnels.
  • Manage social media accounts to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Support all marketing campaigns, ideas, and initiatives.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with all prospect and client interactions.
  • Review and update marketing materials, coordinate ordering of marketing supplies, and update radio show ads for compliance.
  • Track weekly and monthly metrics—calls made, appointments set and kept, and event follow-up—with the Chief Advisor.
  • Work independently and proactively to meet personal and team goals.
  • Perform other duties and support special projects as needed.
