About The Position

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing operations, content coordination, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality marketing deliverables. The Marketing Assistant works closely with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, events, and partner initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines confidently
• Experience supporting or executing digital marketing campaigns
• Proactive, reliable, and accountable work style

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Microsoft 365, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Analytics preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of multiple marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and partner channels
• Support project coordination by maintaining trackers, timelines, task lists, and deadlines
• Edit and update marketing materials including presentations, blog posts, and internal documents
• Design, deploy, and report on email marketing campaigns; manage and maintain distribution lists
• Create, schedule, and report on social media content
• Maintain a shared calendar of industry and company-related events
• Provide logistical and administrative support for company events and sponsorships as needed
