This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes—organizing, updating, scheduling, and keeping things moving so the team can focus on strategy and growth. If you love clean systems, organized folders, polished captions, and crossing things off a list, you’ll fit right in. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible hours and project-based accountability.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, communications, or administrative roles
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Comfortable making website edits (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable receiving direction and implementing feedback quickly

Responsibilities

  • Website Updates
  • Make routine updates to existing website content (text edits, image swaps, page updates)
  • Ensure formatting consistency and quality control
  • Coordinate revisions as directed by the marketing team
  • Social Media Support (Approx. 5 Hours/Week)
  • Draft social media captions aligned with brand voice
  • Schedule posts across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to engagement (comments, DMs) as directed
  • Organization & Asset Management in Canva and Tagbox
  • Upload and organize photos
  • Upload, organize, and tag assets in Tagbox
  • Restructure and clean up Canva folders
  • Finalize and organize document folders
  • Maintain brand asset consistency
  • Email & Reputation Management
  • Update email template content as needed
  • Respond to Google Business reviews (using approved messaging guidelines)
  • General Marketing Support
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Perform additional administrative marketing tasks as needed
