About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you’ll help contribute to our organization's marketing and social media efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in helping the Chief Marketing Officer manage the company social media pages, and website content along with organizing and attending industry trade-show events. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are noticed and valued.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant marketing or professional social media experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content across company social media channels
  • Support marketing campaigns and company initiatives to promote services and brand visibility
  • Help prepare presentations, event materials, and trade show support items
  • Plan and coordinate company outings, team-building activities, trade shows, job fairs, and organizing the sales team's participation in association events
  • Assist with setup and participate in trade shows, including booth prep and onsite support
  • Source and order marketing materials and customer appreciation gifts
