Marketing Assistant

About the position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and ensuring that all marketing operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and eager to contribute to the development and success of Hype Tier’s branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Help organize promotional events, campaigns, and materials
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to execute projects
• Maintain databases, reports, and marketing calendars
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights
• Support in the creation and editing of marketing content (brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
