About The Position

Thank you for considering Progyny! The Marketing Associate will join Progyny’s Enterprise Marketing team to provide dedicated, hands-on support for our new business pipeline and segment marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with Sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional partners to develop sales materials, manage inbound requests, and deliver customized assets across our new business verticals. The ideal candidate is a personable, detail-oriented, self-starter who brings 2–4 years of marketing or sales enablement experience, strong project management and presentation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a related, execution-focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and build working relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM or sales enablement systems (Salesforce, Seismic) and with project management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced environment
  • Passionate about helping people access care and support during life’s milestone moments

Responsibilities

  • Create enablement materials; respond to inbound requests from the Sales team for custom materials, content updates, and collateral to support their pipeline – owning process from intake to delivery
  • Build and update content in our sales enablement platform (Seismic) and support usage and performance reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, sales leaders, and subject matter experts to align on messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market updates
  • Edit, review and maintain quality control of externally facing sales materials by coordinating content review, QA and version management with product marketing
  • Support conferences and speaking engagements by drafting and formatting presentations, building companion materials (one‑pagers, leave‑behinds, etc.), and owning submissions for speaking sessions, panels, and abstracts
  • Help improve workflows and content processes to increase team efficiency and our ability to scale
