TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Associate to lead the planning and execution of marketing programs that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the telecommunications and network services industry. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who understands the telecom landscape, including fiber optics, wireless solutions, data centers, and enterprise connectivity, and can translate technical capabilities into compelling marketing strategies. You will collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to position our services in a competitive market and generate demand through digital campaigns, partner marketing, and industry events. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand-building campaigns
  • Strong writing and content development skills with the ability to distill technical topics into clear business value
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Excellent task management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of marketing plans to support sales objectives, product launches, and channel strategies across telecom verticals (fiber, wireless, transport, cloud interconnects).
  • Support content development including website copy, product collateral, white papers, customer case studies, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead demand generation campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEM, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor performance, and optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Manage company presence at industry conferences, webinars, and regional events, including logistics, pre/post-show communications, booth assets, and sponsorships.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies for fiber, DIA, dark fiber, IP transit, and data center offerings.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, proposal templates, one-pagers, and campaign materials tailored to specific accounts or segments.
  • Stay informed on telecom industry trends, competitive moves, and customer insights to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners (e.g., Lumen, Zayo, Crown Castle) and manage marketing vendors and freelancers as needed.
