We are looking for a Marketing Associate that will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing social media, and creating advisor-focused content (presentations, brochures, case studies) Why work at Modera Wealth? Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience; experience in a registered investment advisory environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels and across departments within the firm
  • Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service-oriented and able to multitask
  • Personable, warm, engaging; supports a team environment
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn) and project management (Asana)

Responsibilities

  • Execute key marketing initiatives and projects in alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Provide marketing support to advisor marketing and lead generation projects, including educational seminars; client and prospect events; and marketing campaigns and outreach.
  • Develop and execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate accountability, ensuring that marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to gather data to analyze performance of marketing content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively within the marketing team and cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Stay up to speed on principles, practices and techniques of advisory marketing through discussion and training.
