Responsibilities:

The Footlocker.com/Eastbay office in Wausau, WI is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to support the Eastbay Brand. The Marketing Business Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing the strategies that lead to the achievement of sales and cost of marketing objectives for the Eastbay Brand through managing promotions in all demand channels including; catalog, SEM, affiliate marketing, mobile and email.

Responsibilities:

* Provide accurate demand sales and discount forecasts for upcoming weeks and quarters.
* Lead the budgeting process to produce annual sales budgets.
* Evaluate new business opportunities, promotional events and Eastbay initiatives and make recommendations on impact to the Brand. Assist the Eastbay Marketing Director in the analysis of the results of these opportunities.
* Responsible for the promotional cadence and sales impact of the Eastbay quarterly sales packet.
* Update weekly, monthly & quarterly reports as well as other ad hoc reporting as warranted to better support the business.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Math.
* Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
