Job Summary: In collaboration with the marketing team, you play a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You support marketing, sales, and operations to increase lead generation and conversions, improve brand awareness and perception, and support the company’s growth and innovation. This role encompasses responsibilities as a leader, strategist, and individual contributor. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strong project coordination and interpersonal skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities: Act as project manager and individual contributor; collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional mediums. This may include, but is not limited to, precision/digital advertising, search advertising, web content, social media content and advertising, direct mail and other print, video, email, photography, radio/audio, etc. Ensure all marketing messaging and design meets brand guidelines, with great attention to detail. Develop, oversee, and deliver on marketing calendar for appropriate tactical strategies. Plan and write effective press releases and acts as a liaison with media. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to understand project goals and recommend marketing solutions that meet the company’s objectives. Collaborate with marketing staff to track KPIs and review data analysis, pivoting quickly as needed to capitalize on opportunities and increase conversions. Request and manage project proposals/bids with external vendors with ability to negotiate contracts based on budget and leadership guidance. Assist with development of the annual budget and budget tracking; manages projects to budget. Support the company’s community outreach and digital inclusion initiatives. This may include activities such as strategy development, event planning, representing the company at local events, and other community relations activities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Champion collaborative and forward-thinking relationships with leadership and internal departments to support the company and objectives. Stay informed of developments in marketing, communications, public relations, and the broadband industry. Ability to perform duties on an individual basis with minimal direct supervision. Support the company by completing other duties as assigned. Requirements You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification, and work experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or relevant field of study. Five or more years of successful experience in multi-channel marketing and communications with a deep understanding of the intersection of consumer experience, media, marketing, and digital technology. Mid-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365. Excellent copywriting and editing skills; knowledge of AP Style preferred. Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the criteria of the company’s insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage. Experience that will help you stand out as a candidate: Corporate communications, digital marketing, email marketing, and corporate social media management experience. Telecommunications product and industry knowledge.
