Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scripts and processes for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and movement.
  • Guide and mentor a team, providing direction, training, and delegating tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data extension and SQL issues with the Journey Builder team.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal personnel.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with a customer-focused approach.
  • Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 8+ years of experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing data population for target structures such as Star Schemas and Snowflake Schemas.
  • 8+ years of experience working with source to target mappings.
  • 8+ years of experience with relational databases and database performance tuning.
  • 8+ years of experience in ETL staging environment development.
  • 8+ years of SQL programming experience in a DB2 environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience in mentoring and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and accountability.
