About the position

Manage and optimize Batteries Plus' Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform, ensuring seamless marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and improving Pardot processes, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring data integrity within the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze marketing campaigns in Pardot to evaluate lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of automated lead nurturing programs and recommend data-driven enhancements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to refine audience targeting and improve personalization efforts.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Pardot and integrated CRM platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Build, test, and deploy automated marketing programs, including email campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and dynamic content.
  • Maintain and optimize lead scoring, grading models, and segmentation strategies to improve lead qualification.
  • Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce and our systems, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Generate reports on email performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead engagement to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B tests on email subject lines, content, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations while implementing email marketing best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, our Franchise community, and IT teams to align Pardot processes with business objectives and enhance lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, IT, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce CRM, email marketing, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and provide insights for campaign improvement.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve Pardot issues and optimize platform functionality.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and demand generation strategies.
