Marketing Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance marketing initiatives using design and communication skills.
• Create and schedule communications across Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Build email and landing pages for Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
• Design and produce marketing collateral for various promotions and initiatives while adhering to company branding guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
• Ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoShop).
• Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
