About The Position

This role is critical in supporting the marketing and internal communications initiatives of the organization. You will work closely with senior management to ensure project organization and consistency in communications. Your contributions will span various initiatives, including presentations, internal updates, and coordination for events, fostering both your professional growth and team collaboration in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking marketing and communications projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help coordinate follow-ups to ensure initiatives continue moving forward
  • Support communication between internal stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Maintain organized project documentation and shared drives
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, accurate follow-through
  • Develop polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations
  • Format and refine content for clarity and consistency
  • Assist with content updates in internal communication platforms
  • Coordinate and prepare internal announcements and updates
  • Help maintain brand consistency across communications
  • Assist with social media content planning and execution
  • Coordinate marketing materials and shipments for events
  • Manage promotional inventory and vendor coordination
