About The Position

The Campaign Strategy and Execution (CS&E) Delivery Team is responsible for implementing targeted 1:1 marketing programs across channels such as email, SMS, push, inbound, and direct mail. In this role, you will play an instrumental part in partnering with Key’s IT department (KTOS) and Line of Business partners to maintain and enhance data, marketing technology, and campaign management environments. This Marketing Consultant position is highly data-driven and technical, focused on leveraging advanced analytics, data modeling, and programming skills to optimize campaign performance. You will use query based tools to extract, transform, and analyze data, design scalable workflows, and support the cloud-based platforms like Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL for data mining and analysis.
  • Familiarity with JSON and translating into SQL.
  • Ability to work with AI in developing basic query functions.
  • Experience with data analysis and building datasets for marketing or analytics use cases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT, Compliance, and Line of Business partners.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools (Adobe suite preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to design and implement efficient data workflows.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
  • Desire to learn new tools and approaches, with flexibility to think creatively when solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models to support marketing campaign targeting and segmentation.
  • Perform hands-on coding for data extraction, mining, transformation, and analysis across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology and Line of Business teams to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies and executable campaigns.
  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes for campaign operations and audience builds.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex data workflows, integrations, and campaign logic.
  • Document campaign design, data flows, and technical procedures for compliance and audit readiness.
