About the position

We are seeking a Marketing Consultant Professional - III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience and will play a key role in collaborating with marketing leads, internal teams, and stakeholders to define and execute marketing strategies. This role involves managing multiple projects, developing strategic briefs, and ensuring alignment with established strategies. The candidate will also stay informed about emerging business trends and competitive threats to provide valuable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with segment marketing leads to define campaign objectives and establish baseline briefs.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, media, dotcom, agency, research, go-to-market, PR, events, legal, etc.) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing requirements.
  • Assist with the development of strategic briefs for multiple products and lines of business, targeting various audiences, from working teams to executive-level overviews.
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategies and provide team members with the necessary information to deliver work on strategy and on deadline.
  • Manage timelines and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all program details to track the status of deliverables at any given time.
  • Stay informed about emerging business trends, technologies, and competitive threats, and share insights with the business to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Partner with the Insights team to address knowledge gaps in the briefs, where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or two or more years of work experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Translate market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Agency or consultant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be a team player and able to work well with large and varied teams.
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
  • B2B Marketing experience.
  • Experience in developing promotional campaigns.
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
  • Ability to present findings and insights tailored to the audience, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Analyze information from various sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
