Outside Sales Representative --- Marketing Consultant --- Direct Mail Advertising and Digital Marketing - Chicago Market
Save On is now hiring experienced Outside Sales Representative for their Chicago Market publication.
Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for securing new business while maintaining lasting relationships with current business client accounts. They prospect for new clients, qualify leads and develop relationships while representing Save On---s advertising and direct mail products. As you would imagine this individual will need superior networking abilities as well as a proven ability to achieve goals and drive for results. Exemplary interpersonal skills, a high ability to influence others and strong listening skills are all key to success in this position.

Our Outside Sales Representatives are tasked with executing prospecting calls to territory businesses by phone or in person, sales presentations, creation of sample ads, coordinating customer ads, educating customers, customer service, attending sales meetings and personal development. This role will require travel throughout the territory assigned to them.
Requirements of the Outside Sales Representative --- Marketing Consultant position:
One or more years of previous experience in an outside sales role, selling advertising, direct mail and/or digital marketing products and/or services
Experience cold calling small businesses
High School Diploma or higher education (degree is preferred, but not required)
Computer skills needed: Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM
Ability/willingness to conduct business on iPad and cell phone (employees must have access to an iPad during working hours)
Valid driver---s license and access to a vehicle (with insurance) during working hours

Ability to leverage technology through the use of computers and the internet
Extensive digital awareness of social media, SEO/SEM, mobile advertising and comfortable with navigating through the internet
A self-motivated personality with a drive to succeed

Ability to demonstrate a consistent bottom line orientation and a drive to advance and achieve
