This position is located onsite in our corporate office in Hyde Park, UT. The intern working
alongside the Content Manager will primarily support asset organization, preparation, and
execution, allowing the team to stay focused on creative direction, quality control, calendar
needs, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills to maintain complex folder hierarchies and naming conventions.
• Ability to shift between priorities swiftly and effectively.
• Proficient experience with file management (Dropbox/Servers) and basic visual presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support specific requests from Wholesale and Marketing.
• This position is suitable for an entry-level candidate or student.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Shopify, video editing, or photo editing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Asset Organization: Help the Content Manager organize and maintain internal server and Dropbox structures. Ensure consistent folder hierarchy by collection, product, and asset type, and apply proper file naming conventions for long-term scalability.
• Wholesale Asset Preparation: Prepare asset packages for Wholesale requests and ensure all files meet account-specific naming and sizing requirements.
• Image Resizing & Exporting: Resize imagery into the required delivery sizes for Wholesale, Shopify, and internal marketing needs. Batch export and file correctly at the first touch to prevent rework later.
• Shopify Asset Prep: Upload images and videos to Shopify and ensure correct asset placement and consistency across product pages. Support pre-launch Shopify build-outs so assets are ready well in advance.
• Video Support: Edit short-form videos for Shopify product pages, prep video assets for internal use and delivery, and maintain organized video folders tied to specific products.
• Studio Shoot Support (In-Person): Help the Content Manager organize products before and during studio shoots, steam garments, and prep product between shots. Capture iPhone fit checks so photographers can stay focused on stills, helping keep shoots on schedule while the Content Manager oversees creative direction.
• Image Editing: Assist with basic image edits as needed and prep selects for review.
